Execution advisory

Strategic advisor to CEOs and their leadership teams

You don't need a full overhaul. You need to breathe again.

I close the gap between what your team agreed matters and what actually gets done, and I stay until it's done.

The problem

You know the feeling.

Mary Claire Mandeville reviewing a leadership team's plan after hours
  1. Made the decision Monday. Nothing moved by Friday.

  2. Another quarter of good plans that quietly died.

  3. Every call still routes back to you.

  4. Meetings with no clear answer to “to what end?”

  5. Putting out fires instead of growing the business.

You're the only reason anything gets done. And it's soul-crushing.

What's actually going on

Your team doesn't fail from a lack of ideas.

Watching good plans dissolve is soul-crushing. There's motion everywhere: meetings, updates, effort, a calendar full of good intentions. Everyone walks out believing this time it sticks. Then the week takes over, something louder shows up, and the one thing you all agreed matters most slides to next quarter. Again.

Whatever got you here worked, until it didn't. The habits that built the business aren't the ones that will grow it. You don't need a full overhaul. You need the right amount of structure for where you actually are, and someone holding the standard on it.

There's a particular feeling when a team finally moves the way it was meant to: the energy rises, the weight lifts. That's what I build toward with every client.— MC

Who I am

I ask questions until the truth comes out. Then things start moving again.

I'm Mary Claire Mandeville. I work alongside CEOs and their leadership teams on the decisions, the hard conversations, and the follow-through, and I stay until it gets done. I'm not an EOS implementer, and I won't leave you a binder you'll never open.

I've spent nearly two decades in this work, including as a CEO and a CRO, with earlier roles leading sales, account management, and customer experience along the way. That range gives me a full view of an organization: the strategy that sets the direction, and the sales and delivery work that makes it real.

  • Clients in transportation, construction, manufacturing, and industrial sand.
  • A 120-year-old company made three decisions in one day and executed on all three.
  • Clients come back. One booked a second planning session without being asked.

How it starts

Three steps, and you're already moving.

No long onboarding.

  1. A conversation.

We find where the friction actually lives, not where it looks like it lives.

  2. A clear read.

Which of the three fits, and why. No pitch. No pressure toward the biggest offer.

  3. A start date.

We begin, and the work starts moving without you pushing it.

Stop being the only thing holding the plan together.

The three ways in

Three ways to stop carrying it alone.

You don't need a full overhaul. You need the right amount of structure for where you actually are. Here's what that looks like.

One call. Tell me what you decided and what hasn't moved since. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help, and which of the three fits.
